In this role you design automation software to control process machines and develop software across the machine lifecycle, from design to maintenance. You will simulate, debug, and test systems and provide problem-solving support for customers. You collaborate with service teams during remote support and commissioning, and you produce technical documentation. This role sits in Engineering within a global company known for innovative automation solutions in ceramics and glass.

- Design automation software solutions to control process machines
- Develop software for the entire machine lifecycle (design, development, production, maintenance)
- Perform simulations, debugging, and testing of machines (pre-installation and on-site)
- Provide operational problem-solving support to customers
- Write relevant technical documentation




- Collaborate with customer service on remote support and commissioning, contributing to configuration and parameterization
- High School Diploma in Electronics/IT/telecommunications or Master’s degree in Automation/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Organized and detail-oriented with an innovative mindset
- Good knowledge of PLC programming tools and Codesys and C#
- Basic knowledge of motion control platforms (Beckhoff/Schneider/Siemens/Omron)
- Basic knowledge of reading electrical diagrams
