/ppbr/ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppThe strongTechnical Support Specialist – Flying Doctor /strong is an after?sales role focused on stronghands?on technical support and field assistance /strong for the Italian dealer network.
/ppThe role supports Workshops with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, both remotely and on?site when necessary.
It is a practical, operational position designed for a technically minded professional who enjoys working directly with vehicles and service teams.
/ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongTechnical Support Field Assistance /strong /pulliProvide strongtechnical after?sales support /strong to Italian dealers and service centres.
/liliAssist with strongvehicle fault diagnosis /strong on mechanical, electrical, electronic and EVs systems.

/liliSupport workshops through strongremote technical assistance /strong (calls, diagnostic data, fault descriptions).
/liliPerform strongon?site technical support visits /strong when issues cannot be resolved remotely ("flying doctor" activities).
/liliEscalate complex or unresolved cases with HQ technical staff.
/liliCollect and document field issues, repair feedback, and technical data from the Italian market.
