/ppbr / /ppstrongPurpose: /strong /ppThe ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Regional Service Manager, will be responsible for commissioning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response activities for diesel generator systems, electrical power systems, and associated auxiliary equipment.
/ppThe successful candidate will work directly with customers operating mission-critical facilities where equipment reliability, response time, and technical excellence are essential.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongemPreventive Maintenance /em /strong /pulliPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on diesel generators and associated systems.
/liliExecute maintenance activities in accordance with OEM procedures and Pramac standards.
/liliPerform functional testing, operational inspections, and performance verification.
/liliCarry out load bank testing and operational validation where required.




/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongemCorrective Maintenance /em /strong /pulliDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
/liliRestore equipment following failures and emergency breakdowns.
/liliPerform root cause investigations and recommend permanent corrective actions.
/liliReplace defective components and complete repairs in accordance with OEM specifications.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongemCommissioning Installation /em /strong /pulliInstall and commission new generator systems.
/liliPerform factory acceptance support (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
/liliConfigure controllers and perform functional testing.
/liliSupport customer handover activities.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongemTechnical Support /em /strong /pulliProvide on-site and remote technical support.
/liliSupport customers during emergency situations.
/liliProvide technical recommendations to improve equipment reliability and availability.
/liliEscalate complex technical issues to Product Support when required.
/liliSupport long-term Customer Relationship /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongemReporting Documentation /em /strong /pulliComplete Field service reports.
/liliRecord operating parameters and maintenance history.
/liliPrepare technical reports including Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
/liliDocument recommendations for lifecycle improvements.




/li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongEducation Requirements: /strong /pulliTechnical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering /liliItalian – Fluent /liliEnglish – Professional working knowledge (additional European languages are an advantage) /liliAvailability to travel throughout Italy and Europe /liliAvailability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to emergency call-outs.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongExperience Technical Competencies /strong: /pullistrong+ 3 years of experience /strongin Diesel Generator Systems, Power Generation, Critical Power, UPS Systems, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Distribution, Data Center Infrastructure, Commissioning, or Field Service.
/liliExperience within Mission-Critical Facilities is considered a strong advantage.
/liliStrong knowledge of diesel engines, alternators, generator controllers (ComAp, Deep Sea Electronics, Woodward, etc.), ATS, synchronizing systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, technical drawings, PLC fundamentals, and battery, cooling, and fuel systems.
/liliAdditional experience with load bank testing, thermographic inspections, vibration analysis, battery testing, fuel polishing, remote monitoring platforms, and power quality analysis is an asset.
