We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist on behalf of our partner, RISCO.

RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud-based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide.

The company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide after-sales technical support for Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions, working closely with partners, installers, distributors, and customers across the Italian market.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, installers, system integrators, and end users
- Analyze technical issues and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions
- Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of smart home, building automation, networking, and security systems
- Maintain technical documentation and product knowledge resources
- Deliver technical training sessions for installers and system integrators
- Manage support tickets and coordinate on-site activities when required




- Handle RMA processes and analyze returned products
- Report recurring technical issues and customer feedback to internal technical teams
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services
- Collaborate closely with technical, support, and sales teams

Requirements

- Previous experience in technical support, system installation, or deployment

- Experience with smart home, building automation, security, networking, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, or video surveillance systems
- Experience working in a B2B technical support environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of installation processes and project implementation
- Experience with technical documentation and reporting
- Experience delivering technical training is an advantage
- Conversational English
