Ready to change the world of law? /p h3The role /h3 pYou are the single point of accountability for internal IT and the workplace as we scale from 200 to 300+ people across 4+ countries. You own device lifecycle, access, company software, and the technical experience of all-hands and internal events. You build the foundations (IdP, MDM, inventory, processes) and make them scale with growth. /p pWe are looking for a builder: someone who has already set up or structured IT ops in a growing company, not only operated a mature stack. /p h3What you will do /h3 pbFoundations (first months) /b /p ul lipSelect and set up an IdP (e.g. Google Workspace, Okta) and MDM for device management /p /li lipBuild a complete asset inventory and its lifecycle /p /li lipPut onboarding/offboarding on a process, with tracked and timely access removal (security-relevant) /p /li lipDefine the support model that fits Milan and the out-of-office teams best as we grow /p /li /ul pbIT Operations Support /b /p ul lipPoint of reference for day-to-day technical support (hardware,



software, connectivity) in Milan /p /li lipRemote support and coordination of local hands for Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin /p /li lipSLAs and a reusable internal knowledge base /p /li /ul pbOnboarding / Offboarding access /b /p ul lipDevices and access ready for every new hire's day one, across all countries /p /li lipTracked account provisioning and deprovisioning /p /li lipAsset inventory and lifecycle (purchase, assignment, reassignment, decommissioning) /p /li /ul pbSaaS Vendor Management /b /p ul lipOwnership of company-level software subscriptions: licenses, renewals, costs, seats /p /li lipManage IT vendors (hardware and software procurement), tracking performance and spend /p /li lipMulti-country hardware logistics: shipping, customs, VAT, local warranties /p /li /ul pbWorkplace AV /b /p ul lipSet up and run audio/video equipment for all-hands and company-wide presentations /p /li lipMeeting rooms: booking system, microphones, screens, room reliability /p /li /ul h3Must-have /h3 ul lipExperience in IT ops / IT support at a growing company, with at least one setup built or structured independently /p /li lipComfort with MDM and an IdP (Google Workspace, Okta or similar) /p /li lipVendor and budget management /p /li lipComfort with on-site work on AV and events /p /li lipFluent Italian and English /p /li /ul h3Nice-to-have /h3 ul lipExperience in multi-country (EU) environments /p /li lipExposure to security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2) /p /li lipSpanish or German /p /li /ul h3Out of scope /h3 ul lipSecurity architecture and compliance policy definition (owned by Eng/Security; you own operational IAM) /p /li lipInternal software development /p /li /ul h3Success in the first months /h3 ul lipb90 days:
