The candidate's primary responsibility is to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service.
The Sales Representative continuously sources new customers, helps customers find and design their dream home, and ensures a smooth sales process.
/p h3Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liEffectively communicate DR Horton's value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers /li liUncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution available /li liOvercome objections and close for the sale /li liMaintain accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction /li liContinuously source new sales opportunities /li liCreate and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships /li liNetwork and perform outreach to realtors /li liManage time efficiently, meet sales goals and work effectively with other members of the team /li liMaintain and expand database of prospects /li liAttend sales meetings /li liDevelop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors,
