ph3Mission /h3pAs a FENDI Ambassador the Client Advisor is expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to the clients, through the promotion of FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity. /ph3Position /h3h3Main Responsibilities /h3h3Sales Performance /h3ulliLead individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI /liliEngage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories /li /ulh3Client Management /h3ulliStrengthen customer relations, and nurture loyal FENDI customer base also implementing appropriate CRM tools /liliManage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the client /li /ulh3Store Operations /h3ulliBe able to correctly operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments,



stock inquires and customer database input /li /ulh3Store Management /h3ulliSupport in maintain the inventory accuracy by properly receive display and store merchandise according to company guideline /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulli5-7 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sale /liliBachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred /liliManages own image standards on a high level /liliStrong selling and communication skills are necessary /liliExcellent relationships skills /liliOrganization, professionalism, self-confidence /liliStrong customer service skills /liliComputer skills and Retail management system knowledge /liliGoal oriented approach, multitasking /liliStrong knowledge and/or interest for Fashion/Luxury Industry /liliFluent English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
