/pp Your mission /pp As a MoorMaster Service Product Engineer, you will support customers worldwide using tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office, and remote access solutions.
/pp You will assist field service teams, troubleshoot complex systems, assess warranty cases, and support sales-related technical activities.
/pp Key Responsabilities: /pulli Maintain expert level of assigned products' knowledge and application.
/lili Provide technical expertise in support of improvements to existing product designs and/or propose new products' concepts for further development by engineering.
/lili Provide engineering support to the process of modification of existing products to meet customer requirements, while retaining product function and quality.
/lili Act as a technical liaison between Field Service organization, Engineering and Operations influencing and persuading internal and external customers, with a proactive and can-do attitude, about the effectiveness of the new design solution proposed.
/lili Assist in resolving design related non conformities,



ensuring quality processes are rigorously followed through Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) and remedial actions are implemented by the CoE.
/lili Identify and propose solutions to escalate any technical or project related risks.
/lili Achieve expected quality standards and delivery time of service products in accordance with contractual obligations and Cavotec standards.
/lili Troubleshoot problems and attempt to identify causes for warranty problems in order to prevent and eradicate repeat occurrences.
/lili Cooperate with Field Service organization, Engineering and Sales departments to resolve matters regarding the warranty of sold products/solutions.
/lili Support the Service Spare Parts Manager in the identification of the spare parts.
/lili Support the Service Managers in the preparation of the technical document for the Field Service organization to execute the job.
/lili Support Field Service trouble shooting and diagnostic, propose remedial actions providing technical Customer Service and conducting product training on an as needed basis.
/lili Review and validate the assigned products' documentation including OM manuals.

/pulli Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent background required; /lili Experience in negotiating international warranty contracts; /lili Worked in a multicultural environment; /lili Strong interpersonal skills; /lili Proficient in English /li /ulp Location: Near Milan (Italy) or near Bergen (Norway) or near Helsinki (Finland) /pp What we offer /pulli Annual Salary: €***************, depending on experience and qualifications.
