/ppThis role requires a senior professional with a strong EPC background who has successfully led projects from permitting and detailed engineering through construction, commissioning, and final handover.
/ppThe Project Director will lead cross-functional teams and manage all key subcontractors across engineering disciplines, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
/ppThis role is critical in projects where Energy Dome is not only supervising site activities but directly responsible for full EPC execution.

/liliProven track record of leading full lifecycle projects (permitting ? engineering ? procurement ? construction ? commissioning ? handover).
/liliStrong experience in construction management of complex industrial plants.
/liliDirect experience managing multidisciplinary engineering subcontractors.
/liliSolid background in commissioning and plant startup activities.
/liliDemonstrated experience managing large-scale contractors and site teams.
/liliStrong understanding of contractual frameworks (EPC, EPCm, multi-lot structures).
/liliExperience operating in international and multicultural environments.
/liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
/liliProficient or native English.
/liliWillingness to travel (30% of the time).
