/ppbr/ppThis is a highly visible, fully on-site business partnering role where you'll work directly with senior commercial leaders, helping them build high-performing teams, navigate organisational change and drive business growth.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across the full employee lifecycle.
/ppbr/ppSuccess in this role requires someone who understands the pace, pressure and commercial demands of a sales organisation and can confidently influence leaders across multiple countries.
/ppbr/ppThe Role /ppbr/ppPartnering with Sales and Commercial leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal.
/ppbr/ppKey responsibilities include: /ppbr/pulliPartner with senior commercial leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to ambitious business growth plans.
/liliCoach managers on performance management, leadership capability, employee relations and talent development.
/liliSupport organisational design, restructuring and change programmes across the Southern Europe region.
/liliDrive workforce planning, succession planning and talent reviews within commercial teams.
/liliWork closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and organisational growth.
/liliAnalyse people data and business trends to provide commercially focused HR insights.
/liliChampion employee engagement, culture and leadership initiatives.
/liliEnsure compliance with local employment legislation across Spain, Italy and Portugal while maintaining alignment with global HR policies.




/liliCollaborate with Centres of Excellence including Reward, Talent, Learning Development and HR Operations.
/liliMaintain a strong, visible presence within the Valencia office, working on site five days per week.
/li /ulpbr/ppAbout You /ppbr/ppWe're looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner who enjoys working at pace and influencing senior stakeholders within a performance-driven environment.
/ppbr/ppYou'll ideally bring: /ppbr/pulliSignificant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a sales-led or customer-facing organisation.
/liliProven experience partnering with Commercial, Sales or Revenue leaders, with a strong understanding of how people strategies enable business performance.
/liliExperience providing HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal is essential.
/liliStrong working knowledge of Spanish employment law, with exposure to Italian and Portuguese employment practices highly desirable.
/liliExperience supporting organisational growth, transformation and change.
/liliExcellent stakeholder management and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
/liliStrong analytical capability, using people data to drive business decisions.
/liliFluent English is essential, with Spanish required.
Italian and/or Portuguese language skills would be advantageous.
/liliAbility and willingness to work five days per week on site in Valencia.
