Zenith Global is seeking a strongBusiness Development Operations Specialist /strong who will report directly to the Chief Business Development Officer and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.
/ppbr/ppstrongKey responsibilities: /strong /pulliSupport the operational management of business opportunities, from the qualification stage through to the launch of new initiatives.
/liliPrepare and coordinate commercial, contractual and project documentation to support Business Development activities.
/liliManage the collection, organization and updating of information relating to clients, emprospects /em and transactions.
/liliPrepare periodic reporting, KPIs and analyses to support the Business Development leadership team.
/liliSupport the preparation of presentations, commercial proposals and other documentation intended for clients and stakeholders.
/liliEnsure proper document filing and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
