ph3Responsibilities /h3 /brpPeraton is now hiring an experienced bLogistics Supply Support Senior Associate, /b for its' Southern European Task Force - Africa (SETAF-AF) Strategic Mission Support II (SMS II) program, supporting the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, SETAF-AF. /p /brpbLocation: On-site, Vicenza, Italy /b /p /brpbRole Responsibilities: /b /p /brul /brliIn this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert to the Government (US Army) in support of supply, property, and equipment accountability. /li /brliYou will work with the Company Supply Personnel to ensure compliance with all Army regulations and directives to enable the success of the organization. /li /brliUnder limited supervision, perform technical supply management work related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Tasks may be segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. /li /br /ul /brpProvide the following functions in support of the Company level leadership: /p /brul /brlibProperty Accountability Asset Management: /b /brul /brliEnsure accurate accountability and visibility of authorized property utilizing the Army's Accountable Property System of Record (APSR), GCSS-Army, in accordance with AR 710-4. /li /brliConduct physical inventories, research and reconcile inventory discrepancies, document findings, and prepare supporting documentation for adjustment actions as directed by the Government. /li /brliManage redistribution and retrograde operations in support of equipment readiness, accountability, and lifecycle management requirements. /li /brliSupport monthly and quarterly inventories of sensitive items, controlled cryptographic items (CCI), weapons, and other accountable property in accordance with AR 710-4 and local command policies. /li /br /ul /br /li /brlibTraining Advisory Support: /b /brul /brliAdvise unit supply personnel on property accountability processes, GCSS-Army operations, Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) requirements and regulatory compliance. /li /brliProvide expert advice to government representatives on property accountability, supply operations, and logistics management processes. /li /br /ul /li /brlibAudit Compliance Records Management /b: /brul /brliMaintain property accountability records and supporting documentation in an audit-ready status. /li /brliEnsure compliance with Army regulations, CSDP,



and audit readiness initiatives. /li /br /ul /li /brlibExercise Operational Support: /b /brul /brliProvide logistics and property accountability support for exercises and operations. /li /brliParticipate in planning meetings, working groups, and in-progress reviews. /li /brliInventory management utilizing an authorized Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) or manual procedures, including but not limited to: Coordinating requisitions and management of nonexpendable and durable property with the BN S4 and Property Book Office (PBO). Storage, receipt, issue, transfer, and inventory of government property. Researching and processing inventory adjustment documentation to maintain accurate accountability records. /li /brliRedistribution and retrograde of government property as directed by the Government, Records management to support audit requirements, Financial Liability of Property Loss (FLIPL) administrative support, Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) administrative support. /li /br /ul /li /brlibTurn In and Lateral Transfers: /b /brul /brliVerify property accountability records and supporting documentation, conduct necessary inspections, and prepare required forms. /li /brliCoordinate with the Supply Support Activity (SSA), Logistics readiness Center (LRC), or other designated activities for scheduling, transportation, and condition code determination. /li /brliProcess accountability transactions within GCSS-Army and coordinate with the Property Book Office (PBO) to facilitate transaction completion. /li /brliConduct joint inventories to verify serial numbers, serviceability, component shortages and item completeness. /li /brliCoordinate logistics requirements, update accountability records, and submit reports as required by the Government. /li /br /ul /li /br /ul /brpbQualifications /b /p /brpbBasic Qualifications: /b /p /brul /brliBachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant U.S. Army experience; or High School diploma and 8+ years of relevant U.S.



Army experience may be substituted in lieu of the bachelors degree. /li /brliThree years of recent experience with U.S. Army accountability and property oversight services. /li /brliKnowledge of applications in a computerized environment, including spreadsheet applications and data bases (e.g. GCSS-A, EFLIPL, Decision Support Tool, FMSweb, AESIP, Excel, Access, Power Point). /li /brliU.S. citizenship required. /li /brliActive Secret security clearance. /li /brliMust meet visa and or work permit requirements for Italy to be considered eligible for employment. /li /br /ul /brpbPreferred Qualifications: /b /p /brul /brli12 years of experience in U.S. Army Logistics services. /li /brliFormer US Army Senior NCO (SFC-MSG), Warrant Officer (CW2-CW5). /li /brliBilingual Italian Language Proficiency a plus /li /br /ul /brpbPeraton Overview /b /p /brpPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
