pIntertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for astrong Project Controller Expediter /strong for a long-term project based at supplier in Avenza area.
/ppbr / /ppThe professional will support the delivery of major rotating equipment packages within a long-term and complex project programme.
The role combines planning, schedule control, supplier expediting and package completeness activities to ensure equipment, Balance of Plant (BoP), ancillary materials and documentation are delivered on time and in line with project requirements.
The successful candidate will monitor supplier progress, validate reported status and identify potential delays or delivery risks.
/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong: /pulliDevelop, maintain and review detailed schedules for assigned equipment packages, ensuring alignment with the overall project master schedule.
/liliReview and challenge supplier baseline schedules, progress updates, milestone forecasts, schedule logic, critical paths and recovery plans, assessing whether proposed mitigation or acceleration measures are realistic and effective.
/liliVerify supplier-reported progress using objective evidence, cross-checking supplier information against project schedules, procurement, quality and logistics data.
/liliIdentify schedule inconsistencies, emerging risks, critical constraints and unsupported supplier forecasts, escalating issues when required.
/liliMonitor engineering, procurement, manufacturing progress, inspection, FAT and delivery activities, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Document Control and Logistics to maintain an integrated package forecast.
/liliLead or support supplier progress and expediting meetings,
tracking commitments through to closure.
/liliMonitor package completeness, equipment, Balance of Plant (BoP) items, ancillary materials and documentation, ensuring shipping and packing lists are accurate before release and proactively addressing missing materials or supply gaps.
/liliPrepare concise weekly and monthly reports covering progress, milestones, supplier performance, delivery forecasts and risks.
/liliSupport schedule impact assessments, change management and the preparation of delay chronologies when required.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong: /pulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
/liliMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in project controls, planning and scheduling within Oil Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Power or major industrial projects.
Experience in supplier management, expediting or equipment package management will be considered a plus.
/liliExperience with rotating equipment packages and supplier environments will be considered an advantage.
/liliAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong Microsoft Excel skills; br / Power BI experience is desirable.
/liliFluent written and spoken English and availability to travel to supplier and sub-supplier facilities as required.
