/ppIn this role, you will act as a strongsubject matter expert /strong, responsible for the design, development and validation of mechanical solutions for elevator systems and components.
/ppYou will drive engineering activities from concept through release, provide technical guidance to the team and ensure that solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, safety and cost efficiency.
/ppYou will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support the growth of junior engineers through mentoring, knowledge sharing and technical coaching.

you will contribute to the development and industrialization of innovative mechanical solutions for elevator products.
/ppYour responsibilities include: /pulliLeading the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies for elevator systems, ensuring compliance with technical, safety and quality requirements /liliCreating and reviewing 3D models, drawings and engineering documentation using strongPTC Creo /strong and managing product data within strongWindchill /strong /liliDriving technical decision-making and providing engineering guidance across development projects and design reviews /liliPerforming engineering calculations, tolerance analysis and technical validations to ensure robust and reliable solutions /liliSupporting product verification, prototyping and testing activities, analyzing results and implementing corrective actions when required /liliEnsuring design-to-cost, manufacturability, maintainability and serviceability throughout the product lifecycle /liliCoordinating with cross-functional teams including RD, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain /liliActing as a technical mentor for junior engineers, supporting their development and promoting engineering excellence within the team /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat You Bring (Required Qualifications) /strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in strongMechanical Engineering /strong /liliSeveral years of experience in mechanical design and product development within industrial engineering environments /liliAdvanced proficiency in strongPTC Creo /strong for 3D modeling,
