/ppstrongMain responsibilities: /strong /pulliEntering and updating operational data in the flight management system; /liliSupporting the preparation of documentation required for flight operations; /liliCollaborating with various operational departments; /liliHandling basic administrative tasks and document archiving; /liliChecking and verifying flight data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
/li /ulpstrongIdeal profile: /strong /pulliPreferably at least two years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry; /liliGood command of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; /liliFluent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken; /liliPrecision, patience,
and attention to detail; /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines; /liliStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically and courteously with different stakeholders; /liliTeam spirit, initiative, and eagerness to learn; /liliResidence in nearby areas or willingness to relocate.
