Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist

Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you drive supplier quality across engineering, manufacturing and procurement to reduce defects and cost of quality. You will lead NCR handling, root cause analysis, and corrective actions with suppliers, while developing robust supplier quality programs. The position involves audits, supplier qualification, deviation support, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate overall supplier performance. - Manage Supplier’s Non-Conformity Records (NCR)




- Lead supplier root cause analysis (RCA) and support robust corrective actions
- Implement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliers
- Qualify suppliers according to company rules
- Carry out periodic audits to verify compliance
- Check on-the-job inspections per Quality Control Plans
- Support Deviation Request (SDR) management
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve supplier quality
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge: welding (SMAW-FCAW, MIG, MAG, TIG), NDT (VT, PT, MT, RX, UT), metallurgy basics, heat treatment (QHT, PWHT) and CNC machining
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications
