Stevanato Group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue within the Engineering Business Unit. You will lead the sales process, engage with cross-functional teams, and manage select customers in line with our commercial policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business/Marketing, 3+ years in sales (pharma or machinery a plus), and excellent communication and Excel skills. Italian and English fluency are essential.
