As a Strategic Architect, you will establish and maintain long‐term, trusted relationships with our dedicated OEM customers. You will lead the development and implementation of complex programs, coordinating cross‐functional and departmental teams to ensure successful delivery of new and existing initiatives.
Your role involves driving the technical and strategic development of key projects within assigned accounts, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities Drive RA technology adoption by developing strong technical and professional trusted customer relationships.
Participate in the customer's development cycle for cornerstone applications.
Facilitate customer engagements with business units to ensure product developments meet customer requirements.
Specify future product or service requirements, adding value for both Rockwell Automation and the customer.
Provide foresight on market trends by running value analysis of potential new solutions.
Maintain records of major activities and milestones using best practices.
Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
Provide mentoring to peers in areas of expertise.
Essential Qualifications B.S. in Automation, Engineering, or equivalent.
8 years of experience in industrial automation products, systems, and solutions.
Knowledge of applications and market trends in core industries.
Deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing discrete or process PAC systems.
Preferred Qualifications Excellent working knowledge of the Rockwell Automation portfolio.
Project management experience leading and motivating teams, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
Ability to clearly articulate technical information to various audiences within internal and external organizations.
Demonstrated technical leadership in engagement activities involving other technical resources.
Willingness to travel within EMEA and occasionally worldwide.

Salary range (Italy): 50,400.00 – 75,600.00 EUR per year.
