This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Scopra di più sui compiti quotidiani, le responsabilità generali e l'esperienza richiesta per questa possibilità scorrendo subito verso il basso.The RoleThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounting and financial reporting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate and timely financial close processes, statutory compliance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timelinessReview trial balances, account reconciliations, and financial reporting outputsCoordinate statutory reporting and tax compliance activities, including VAT and corporate tax requirements,



working alongside external advisors where requiredAct as the key contact for outsourced finance service providers across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processesSupport external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policiesContribute to process optimisation, automation initiatives, and system implementationsPartner with local, regional, and international stakeholders to support business and finance objectivesCandidate ProfileDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline xdwybme Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting rolesStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processesGood knowledge of Italian GAAP, VAT regulations, and statutory reporting requirementsExperience working within international and/or shared service environmentsStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detailProactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilitiesFluent in both English and Italian
