You will analyze market trends to drive innovation and competitive positioning, and establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence. The role combines strategic thinking, complex deal closure, and high‑level engagement with diverse stakeholders, with significant travel and English fluency required.

Responsabilità 5+ years of business development experience in industrial automation (End User, OEMs, Contractors, Systems Integrators)
Proven track record of driving growth and closing large, complex deals in industrial automation
Experience selling solutions including software and cybersecurity
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Experience working in an international environment with diverse stakeholders
Results‑oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets
Exposure to markets such as Specialty Chemicals, Energy, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Midstream, Upstream, LifeScience/Pharma, and Marine
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
