Experteer Overview In this role you will ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while driving risk‑based improvements. You will identify hazards, design mitigations, and implement prevention plans, coordinating ASPP duties under D.Lgs81/2008. You will lead internal audits, Gemba walks, and KPI reporting to support HSE objectives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance safety and environmental performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape the company’s safety culture and operational resilience at Rotork’s Italian site.

Identify critical processes, assess risks, and design control measures
Coordinate ASPP tasks under D.Lgs81/2008
Prepare and deploy business improvement and corrective actions
Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks, and KPI reporting
Analyze injuries, accidents, near‑misses,



and document findings
Propose and implement continuous improvement for health, safety, and environment
Support management in all health, safety and environmental management activities
Responsabilità Minimum 3 years in a structured company in a related role
Mastery of safety and environmental regulations
Knowledge of international standards on safety and environmental management systems
Ability to analyze data, generate measures, and produce reports under pressure
Flexibility, proactivity, organizational autonomy
Problem solving and stress management
Strong teamwork and cross-level communication
Excellent written and spoken English; MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
Specialized/technical degree related to the role
ASPP qualification under D.Lgs81/08
Qualified Internal Auditor for ISO14001/45001/50001
