On behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI company, we are currently looking for a Deployment Strategist for a permanent position.

Company background
The client is scaling its AI platform across enterprise customers and is building local teams in Italy to support complex AI deployments.

Their solutions help companies implement AI agents across real business workflows, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, production readiness and customer impact.

Role background
The selected candidate will own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers, managing projects from early scoping through production launch.

The role includes defining requirements, success metrics and integration plans for POCs and onboardings, coordinating platform implementation, managing timelines, removing blockers and aligning Product, Engineering and customer teams on deliverables and SLAs.

The ideal candidate is proactive, structured and comfortable working at the intersection of technology, execution and customer collaboration. This is a strong fit for someone who can manage complex stakeholders, keep delivery moving and make AI projects land properly in production.

Location
Rome, 3 days per week in the office

Languages
Italian and English

Salary range




EUR 50,000-100,000 gross annual salary, depending on seniority and relevant experience. Particularly senior profiles may be considered for higher packages.

Skills

3+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking or fast-growing startups

Strong project management, organization and communication skills

Ability to scope requirements, success metrics and integration plans

Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows and system integrations

Ability to coordinate Product, Engineering and customer stakeholders

Experience tracking progress, managing risks and removing blockers

Proactive and hands‑on mindset

Interest in AI-driven products and enterprise technology

Nice to have

Engineering background or previous hands‑on technical experience

Experience in high-growth or early‑stage startup environments

Experience supporting production software launches and ongoing operations

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
