Colnago is looking for a B2B Client Service with passion and dedication to support the marketing team in creating the most advanced customer care service of the cycling industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work within the marketing team and have the role of B2B Client Service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reply to the email and messages coming from the Colnago distributors and dealers.





Assist B2B clients with warranty claims and after-sales issues.

Create regular reports about the main attention areas of customer service.

Help populate the knowledge database of the Company through the reporting of frequent cases and solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

A fluent written English is mandatory

Knowledge of the main CRM platforms (Hubspot is a plus)

Knowledge of road bicycles (cycling experiences or previous jobs in the industry are a plus)

Great empathy and communication skills

Humility and curiosity

Precision, and organisational skills needed in a fast-evolving environment

Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus, for example Spanish, French and German

CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION

Employment Framework: CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria – 14 monthly payments

Job Level: C2/C3, determined based on the candidate’s experience and the relevance/level of their education

Salary Range: €30.000 – €35.000 gross annual salary (RAL), defined according to the candidate’s experience and skills, in compliance with pay transparency regulations
