Purpose
The Senior Reward Specialist ensure Local Reward decisions support the company’s competitiveness in one or multiple countries, and are aligned with Group Reward strategy and local legislations.
Responsibilities




You are accountable for advising and coaching your stakeholders within your perimeter to ensure effective and equitable Reward decisions are taken.
You are accountable for keeping the Reward expertise up to date within your perimeter
You are accountable for designing, implementing, and monitoring Reward programs in line with Group Reward roadmap and internal customer needs
You are accountable for driving continuous improvement and change on Reward tools, policies and practices within your perimeter to meet strategic goals
You are accountable for leading or being active contributor to Global Reward project or campaign.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is often preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Strong experience in Compensation and benefits or related HR fields.
Demonstrated experience in leading CandB processes or projects
