Role Description
This tempo pieno, on-site role based within Italy&EU; seeks a Solar & BESS Construction Site Manager responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines, coordinating with teams, subcontractors, and clients, and maintaining project quality and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Construction Site Management.
- Proficiency in Planning, Cost Control, and Budgeting.
- Experience managing large-scale solar projects or BESS installations.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle construction challenges on-site.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
- Technical understanding of photovoltaic and battery storage systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English&Italian;
proficiency in German/French or other European languages is beneficial.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic on-site requirements and travel as needed.
