Job qualification

-

- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. Keep abreast of business developments, be familiar with the business processes and pain points of the area you are responsible for, and have a deep understanding of business needs.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to accurately structure and describe requirements in writing, and communicate them accurately and promptly to product managers and development engineers.

- Excellent judgment skills, able to accurately assess whether product solutions meet business requirements, are complete, and align with daily business operations.

- Highly responsible, diligent, and capable of managing the entire lifecycle of requirements, driving cross‑departmental teams to jointly implement requirements.

- Experience as a consultant for CRM, WMS,



SAP, or similar systems; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

- Proficiency in both English and local language as working languages. Chinese speaking is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for identifying business requirements, producing requirement documents, and overseeing requirement reviews.

- Confirm product solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

- Conduct user acceptance testing for products.

- Compile system operation manuals and training materials.

- Provide training on system functionality and usage.

- Lead information technology planning initiatives in this domain.

- Manage system maintenance operations. xysqume Oversee system modules including CRM, BGPC, Digital Marketing Platform, and Dealer API Sales Core System.
