As a member of the Freight Forwarding team, the Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist works within the Air Logistics Function, delivering air shipping and forwarding solutions across industries including Pharma, Aerospace, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive, Industrial and High Tech. The role supports the Operational Care Center, ensuring high‑quality shipment and process management, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders, and driving operational excellence and cost‑efficiency.

Operational Care Center Responsibilities

- Support the operational excellence of the Operational Care Center through high‑quality shipment and process management.
- Execute export/import services with the highest level of quality,



dialoguing with suppliers, handling agents, and carriers.
- Help optimize proceedings to ensure development of Air Logistics operational Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure close cooperation with Customer Care Location, Systems & Process, Revenue Care, Warehouse, and National Managers to optimize operations and gain specialized customer‑specific knowledge. xysqume
- Be part of Dangerous Goods support with certified knowledge per IATA/ICAO regulations within the Operational Care Center.
