Job Description

A Test Technician is in charge of defining and carrying out tests to verify the performance of complete products and subassemblies such as printed circuit boards. The test engineer will manage the test lab, optimize the workspace, define test setups, create electrical drawings, and coordinate the team that builds the test setups.

Job Duties

-

- Define the test set up and its scripts to verify the performance of the products.

- Create electrical drawings and coordinate team building of the test setup.

- Analyze test results critically and produce proper reports.

- Produce and verify technical documentation such as electrical drawings, user and installation manuals, procedures, and datasheets.

- Evaluate alternative components and solutions that can be adopted.

- Support regular production with issue resolution during product tests.

Requirements

-

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering with experience in UPS, power converters, or low voltage electrical distribution.

- Excellent planning, organization, documentation, and communication skills.





- Knowledge of testing tools and laboratory instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscope, logger, power analyzer).

- Knowledge of electrical power components.

- Ability to write professional technical documentation in English.

- Good teamwork attitude and communication.

- 1–2 years of experience in a related field.

- Good English language skills.

- Customer oriented with availability to travel (≈10%).
