Treasury Senior Specialist

What you will do:

- Lead treasury projects from initiation through execution, monitoring, and post‑implementation review.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Procurement, Legal, and external banking partners.
- Manage project governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and status reporting to senior management.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, business requirements, and implementation plans.
- Support and optimize global cash management structures and banking relationships.
- Monitor cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralize treasury activities.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of cash pooling, in‑house banking, and payment factory structures.
- Support bank account management and treasury policy compliance.
- Lead Treasury Management System (TMS, Piteco, SAP) implementation and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate bank connectivity initiatives, including SWIFT, host‑to‑host and payment platforms.
- Support ERP integration projects impacting treasury processes.




- Drive automation and process standardization initiatives across treasury operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to define system requirements, testing plans, and deployment activities.

What you need to succeed:

- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end treasury projects and transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of treasury processes, banking products, cash management, liquidity structures, and financial risk management.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems – Piteco experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Treasury Consulting, or Treasury Operations.
- Fluent in Italian & English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications (CTP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are considered an advantage. xysqume

Minimum Gross Annual Salary: €45,000
