- Annual Gross Salary: €69,000 – €92,250. Salary determined based on experience and skills.

Role Overview
The Tender Sr. Manager reports to the Head of Finance and is responsible for managing hospital tenders, overseeing Order to Cash (OTC) activities, and supervising the operations carried out by the external logistics provider.
Key Responsibilities

- Full ownership of hospital tender management: end‑to‑end process, team coordination, timely submission of offers, contract administration, renewals, and amendments.
- Order to Cash process management: orders, shipments, invoicing, collections, returns, non‑commercial programs and ERP system updates.
- Warehouse and distribution supervision: KPI compliance, product availability, logistics flow continuity, serialization and labeling.
- Tender, commercial offers, and agreements management aligned with business decisions,
ensuring administrative process compliance.
- Credit collection process responsibility and monitoring of financial KPIs (DSO) in collaboration with Finance.
- Team management and development: coaching, performance evaluation, talent management, fostering a culture of ethics, collaboration and results.
Requirements

- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in hospital tender management, with direct responsibility for the entire process.
- Experience in customer service and order‑to‑cash activities.
- Knowledge of national and international logistics flows.
- Experience/aptitude in managing complex cross‑functional projects and teams.
- Strong results orientation and leadership skills.
- Excellent English language knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively, in cross‑functional and global environments.
- Ability to operate in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Knowledge of regulatory aspects, public procurement code, and hospital tender processes. xysqume
