Role Purpose:
The Compliance Analyst will be responsible to assist the senior compliance analyst/senior compliance manager in monitoring and ensuring that the company adheres to internal policies and external regulations. This role involves conducting risk assessments,
ensuring the timely onboarding of clients and assisting the team with audit checks and transaction monitoring.
The Compliance Analyst will work closely with the Senior Compliance Analyst to ensure that the Company is compliant with all applicable regulations.
Role Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sanctions Analysts in conducting sanction screening as part of risks submissions
- Conduct enhanced due diligence where applicable
- Complete onboarding procedures and periodic reviews of clients/partners in line with regulatory requirements
- Assist with audit & regulatory queries
- Assist with quarterly peer reviews
- Assist with adhoc tasks/new projects
- Assist with reviewing/updating policies and procedures
Skills & Experience:
Essential:

- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining compliance. xysqume
