We are looking for an individual to join our Controlling team as an Industrial and Logistic Controller at Bauli.

Location: Castel d’Azzano (Verona), part of our internationally present group.

Contract: Indefinite employment, permanent.

Responsibilities

- Define and update product standard costs

- Calculate product cost at accrual and monitor variances

- Monitor material purchase costs

- Analyze inventory movement and monitor stock levels and obsolescence

- Monitor logistic costs

- Manage inventories

- Prepare periodic reporting

- Contribute to continuous improvement strategies

Requirements

- Hard skills

- Degree in economics or engineering

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the role within industrial contexts





- Strong industrial accounting and cost control skills, focusing on industrial and logistic areas

- Advanced Excel knowledge and analytical data skills

- Excellent ERP knowledge (preferably SAP)

- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (preferably Board and Power BI)

- Good English language knowledge

- Soft skills

- Strong relational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

- Team‑working and inter‑functional xysqume collaboration attitude

- Results orientation and respect for deadlines

- Precision, confidentiality, and data care

Salary

Annual gross salary between €48,000 and €52,000, aligned with CCNL Industria Alimentare, with placement based on objective criteria.

Selection Process

The entire selection process will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
