****Purpose and main priorities of the role:
**We are looking for a
**high-potential, hands-on Business Controller
** to take full ownership of controlling and FP&A; activities for
**Politape Group
**, a recently acquired group within the Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives BU.This is a
**key role in a post-acquisition environment
**, where accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement are critical.
The ideal candidate is
**analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
**, with the ability to operate both at a
**transactional level and in business partnering
**.You will be responsible for
**end-to-end financial control and performance monitoring
** of the Politape business,



working closely with local teams in Germany and the BU Finance team.Your responsibilities include:
* Own
**monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis
**;
* Ensure
**accuracy and reliability of financial data
** (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow);
* Drive
**budgeting and forecasting processes
**;
* Perform
**deep-dive analysis on margins, costs, and operational KPIs
**;
* Monitor and improve
**inventory and working capital
**;
* Support
**cash flow analysis and tracking
**;
* Work closely with plants and operations to ensure
**alignment between financials and industrial performance
**;
* Identify and implement
**improvements in tools, processes, and reporting quality

**The attitude and the skills we are looking for
**:
* 4–6 years of experience in
**controlling, FP&A;, or consulting
**;
* Experience in a
**fast-paced or private equity environment
** is a strong plus;
* Strong
**analytical mindset with attention to detail
** ;
* **Hands-on attitude
**: comfortable working on both transactional and analytical tasks;
* Proactive and motivated, with a
**continuous improvement mindset
**;
* Strong Excel / data skills (Power BI or similar tools is a plus);
* Fluent in English and German (Italian is a plus);
* Availability to
**travel frequently
** between HQ (Milan) and production sites in Germany.

**: Milan or Germany (Remagen / Cologne area)
