Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting, on behalf of a leading international player operating in the renewable energy sector, a Land Contracts Specialist to join the Italian team based in Rome.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing land-related activities across a portfolio of Solar and BESS projects, supporting the entire project lifecycle
.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the lifecycle of land agreements, ensuring all contractual commitments are fulfilled in line with project schedules.
Monitor payment obligations, contractual milestones, renewals, and deadlines associated with land acquisition and lease agreements.
Manage negotiations and maintain relationships with landowners, notaries, consultants, and external advisors throughout the contracting process.
Support the preparation, review, and execution of real estate documentation required for project development.
Maintain accurate records of contractual documentation and ensure internal databases are continuously updated.
Coordinate activities related to expropriation procedures where applicable.
Identify contractual and legal risks related to land agreements, proposing practical and business-oriented solutions.
Monitor changes in Italian legislation and regulatory frameworks affecting renewable energy developments and real estate matters.
Work closely with Legal, Business Development, Engineering, Permitting, and Project Management teams to ensure project alignment.
Contribute to the optimization of internal procedures and reporting processes related to land management activities.
Requirements:
Degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, or related sectors, with direct involvement in land acquisition or land management activities.
Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. xysqume
Driving licence and availability to travel across Italy.
