STMicroelectronics in Sicily is launching a SiC process engineering role to drive the ramp-up of a new mass-production fab in Catania. You will contribute to finishing steps, define flows and qualification plans, and collaborate with the Sweden center and internal teams to ensure robust, scalable processes supporting mass production of next-generation SiC technology.
