About the Role

The Junior Content Specialist will work with the Social & Content team on the day‑to‑day management of brand social channels, contributing to publishing, community management, and the development of platform‑native content ideas and editorial formats. Working within the wider Creative Department, this role will help shape social‑first storytelling across platforms while contributing to content execution, trend research and channel performance learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development of social‑first content, from ideation to execution, with knowledge of how formats and storytelling should adapt across different platforms.
- Keep up to date with emerging social formats, platform trends, creator‑led content and relevant online communities.
- Contribute to research on creators, especially across TikTok and YouTube, and on content ecosystems that may inspire new editorial ideas or production approaches.
- Where relevant, carry out lightweight content production activities, including the creation or adaptation of short‑form social assets.
- Contribute to the management and growth of brand social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
- Publish and schedule content in line with editorial plans and channel‑specific best practices.
- Contribute to community management and moderation activities across brand channels.
- Monitor social conversations and user interactions, helping to identify relevant opportunities to fuel engagement and conversations.
- Review social media data and platform insights to identify trends, learnings and opportunities to improve content performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Academy of Communication and Marketing or Master in a similar field.
- Good use of Microsoft Office package.




- Curiosity and affinity with technology.
- Proactivity and curiosity towards the world of Media, Communication and digital advertising.
- Good level of English language, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of how content is created, produced and distributed across different social platforms through coursework, projects or hands‑on experience.
- Follows social‑first storytelling, creators, emerging formats and content communities, including platforms and ecosystems such as TikTok, YouTube and Twitch, and applies those insights to content research or idea development.
