Experteer Overview

In this role you will oversee external manufacturing partners to ensure reliable product availability for global markets while balancing service, inventory, and cost. You will lead a cross-functional team and act as the main interface between contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders, driving demand fulfillment and lifecycle management. You will support new product introductions and supplier onboarding within a highly regulated pharma environment, aiming for operational excellence. This is a growth role within Global Technical Operations & Supply, offering impact across the end-to-end supply chain.

- Oversee production planning across contract manufacturers to balance service, inventory, and costs
- Proactively manage supply risks, capacity constraints, and deviations, coordinating mitigations
- Coordinate manufacturing operations, including production commitments, order execution, and delivery performance
- Plan logistics and transportation strategies with external partners to optimize service levels
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements for components, packaging, and product changes
- Collaborate with Demand Planning,



Finance, Procurement, Quality, and Industrialization teams on launches and lifecycle management
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturing partners to ensure accountability and long-term performance

Responsabilità
- Master’s degree in scientific or engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years in supply planning, external manufacturing or production planning
- Fluency in English (professional working proficiency) xysqume
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex, matrix organizations
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to manage priorities, risks, and complex supply chain activities
- Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
