Commvault is seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer (Server Focus Group) to join our team in UK or Italy. You will provide advanced technical support for the CommServe platform, troubleshoot authentication, security, and RBAC issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Escalation teams to deliver timely resolutions.

You will analyze logs, diagnose complex problems, and mentor other engineers while maintaining strong communication with enterprise customers.
