Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible Customer Service Senior with an international mindset to join our team as a manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem‑solving attitude,
the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and leadership.
Main Responsibilities

- Manage quotations, order processing, and shipment coordination.
- Handle international export procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitoring and coordination of all phases: order processing, invoicing, shipping, export formalities, with priority management.
- Provide technical service support.
- Maintain direct contact with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.
- Flexibility to handle new tasks.
Main Requirements

- Fluency in English and at least one other European language (spoken and written).
- Previous experience of at least 10 years in a sales or customer service department with good knowledge of export operations.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork mindset.
- Open‑minded and internationally oriented.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
- Knowledge of the main IT and management tools.
- Knowledge and use of SAP.
