What you'll do Lead on‐site execution of $50 M+ ESPC projects at U. S. military bases. Manage all construction phases from mobilization to commissioning. Maintain daily communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff. Enforce safety plans, submittal processes, and QA/QC standards. Provide biweekly reports and risk assessments to senior management.
What you'll need At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on federal military projects. Proven track record in managing energy service performance contracts (ESPCs), ideally involving advanced energy solutions such as solar or microgrids. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate large teams and drive projects to successful completion.
