As Senior Principal Project Engineer you guide high-impact, complex projects across the engineering lifecycle. You influence project direction, resource allocation, and design quality within policy and standards. You bring broad technical knowledge, innovative thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to solve challenging engineering problems.

You'll shape execution in multi-office environments and ensure safe, compliant delivery of subsea and onshore energy infrastructure. This role offers a chance to lead critical decisions that drive the business forward.

- Manage the engineering scope and ensure deliverables meet contract requirements
- Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan and MOPEX execution where applicable
- Coordinate with Engineering and Design Leads; guide Project Engineers and discipline leads
- Prepare proposals, manage cost/schedule/budget, and support tender activities
- Lead communications: meetings, technical queries, RFIs, deviations, and documentation
- Oversee handover,



closeout, and lessons learned; ensure proper archiving and reporting
- Interface with PMT, clients, and cross-functional teams on technical matters
- Anticipate business challenges and contribute to process improvements
- Promote safety in designs and engineering processes
- Review contractual documentation and ensure alignment with project goals
- Develop staffing plans and manage project engineering documents
- 15-20 years in Project Engineering
- 5-10 years as Project Engineering Manager on multiple projects
- Registered Engineer xlwpduy in Training (ElT) or member of a professional society preferred
- Broad technical knowledge of detailed design engineering codes and standards
- Experience in international MOPEX execution, JV/Consortium projects
- Experience in both Brownfield and Greenfield projects
- Ability to read and understand contractual documentation
- Strong communication with all project stakeholders
- Hands-on field assignment experience
- Experience developing proposals and contractual documentation
