Help teams frame clear problem statements and business cases for key initiatives, ensuring focus on value creation and sustainable results.

Shape and deliver the automation roadmap (robots/cobots, visual control systems, intralogistics and digital performance tools).

Strengthen maintenance excellence (PM/AM, reduced downtime, better asset utilization).

Coach plant leadership and teams, and help build a strong continuous improvement culture on the shop floor, capturing and sharing best practices between plants where relevant.

What You

Bring

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or Industrial Management.

7–12+ years in manufacturing operations, CI/OpEx and/or industrial automation in high-volume environments (e.g. automotive, batteries, components, process industries).

Proven track record of end-to-end improvement projects with measurable impact on cost, OEE, scrap and labor.

Practical experience with Lean/CI and performance management (tier meetings, KPIs, OEE dashboards).

Exposure to automation and controls (PLC/robot-based lines, cobots, vision systems or intralogistics solutions).

Strong influencing, communication and change skills; comfortable working from the Gemba with operators, technicians and managers.

Fluency in Italian and good command of English.

What We Offer A central expert role with direct access to the COO and plant leadership.
