CEDIC is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in Emilia-Romagna to lead injection molding process development, validation, and mold projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure robust processes, drive improvements, and manage validation activities from strategy to release.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering for molding, strong knowledge of process validation (VMP/IQ/OQ/PQ), and experience with project leadership.
