Specialista Senior / Project Manager
As a Senior Finance Business Partner in Siemens’ Electrification and Automation unit in Italy, you will drive financial performance through rigorous analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with segments, lead financial controlling, and push digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and governance. You’ll work across teams to implement AI and automation, shaping scalable finance processes in a sustainability-minded organization.

- Perform financial controlling and business partnering with segments to drive performance
- Drive process improvements and standardize finance processes for scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with Proposal, Product and Execution teams to define advanced financial processes
- Implement AI tools, automation, and predictive analytics to enable smarter decisions
- Monitor revenue, margins, OPEX,
and working capital to support business objectives
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance standards in financial reporting
- Improve inventory accuracy and optimize working capital through data-driven insights
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on finance transformation and digitalization
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles
- Experience in a product & project driven industrial business environment, sales related or manufacturing related roles with progressive responsibility
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficiency in Office 365 and advanced SAP knowledge (preferably S/4HANA)
