- Promote the Group's service offerings and maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Lead sourcing and selection for talent pipelines and coordinate with recruiters
- Develop and monitor business plans, budgets, forecasts, and key metrics
- Manage profit and loss for the profit center, including investments and invoicing processes
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT sector
- Strong business aptitude and commercial acumen
