Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with cleaning distributors while developing new business opportunities within the professional cleaning sector.
- Visit end users (e.g., hospitals, retirement homes, healthcare and facility management organizations) to identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Execute sales activities in line with agreed sales objectives, KPIs, and company sales strategy.
- Collaborate with distributors and customers on promotional activities, product introductions, and tailored cleaning solutions.
- Deliver basic product training and support to distributors and customers.
- Maintain accurate account, activity, pipeline, forecast, and budget planning data in C4C (SAP Sales Cloud).
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on results, opportunities, and market developments.
- Work closely with Customer Service (CIC) and Logistics teams to ensure excellent customer support and service levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within professional cleaning, hygiene, healthcare, paper or facility management sectors.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good in English; additional local language(s) are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- We are looking for someone living close in one of the assign territory such as Bologna, Modena, Padova, Verona ect.
