MongoDB is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive based in Rome for our hybrid work model. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting CTOs, IT leaders, and technical end users to build a robust pipeline and close deals.

You will excel at articulating the business value of complex enterprise technology, opening new accounts, and driving quota attainment in a fast-paced market. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a strong drive to succeed.
