Experteer Italy is seeking to lead the Italy launch of Terapia, a digital product connecting patients with therapists. You will own operations, onboarding, and local product adaptation to fit Italian users, contributing to early growth and scaling in Rome.

Focused on hands-on execution, you will design GTM processes, recruit therapists, collect feedback, and collaborate with Docplanner to align product and operations strategies in this initial phase.
