This is a 100% remote position, which means you can work from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home or remote office.

You are welcomed here as you bring:

> 1. 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency);
>
> 2. Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
>
> 3. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
>
> 4. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
>
> 5. Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
>
> 6. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
>
> 7. Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
>
> 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

> 9.



Strong decision-making skills.

As a core team member, you will:

> - Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
> - Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements;
> - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
> - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
> - Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
> - Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
> - Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
> - Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
> - Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
> - Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
> - Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
