Halvia Talent is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a 100% remote role. You will chat with customers via phone, messages and email, resolve orders, refunds, delivery and platform-use queries, and provide empathetic support across all channels.

You must be fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure. We offer relocation support to Greece, a competitive monthly salary plus two extra salaries per year, training, and growth opportunities.
